Mother Nature Cries Out!

Global warming is a reality. Look about you. The weather patterns have shifted dramatically. Mother Nature is doing the best she can to re-gain balance. There is no second chance when she falls and cannot get back up. We must help her in whatever way we can. Walk lightly on the earth.

We should take time to appreciate her. And love her.

In a lighter vein, aren't the writers saving loads of paper by writing on blogs these days :-). Anyways, there is a greater need for all of us to become eco-conscious and eco-friendly

good to know there are most of us who are aware of this serious shift of nature. Many would just say its a propaganda, but it is true that caused by humans to accelarate, the world is decaying.

Thanks GP, Dumbdodi, and Imemine. GP, not propaganda at it. Very real and devastating. I'm sadden and frightened by the prospects. We must each do what we can.

Dumbdodi...yes, blogs and online work can reduce paper. I wonder if that has actually happened. Good research question.

Blessings this Monday.

Reminds me of the story in Ovid's Metamophoses where poor Gaia has to retreat into her inner depths to survive the burning applied by Phaeton, who was unable to control Phoebus's chariot which bore the sun along its path in the sky.

Mike...thanks. Yes, that is a story to listen to. In any case, we must do our part, which I am sure you'd agree with.

Oh of course I agree 100%! I think the story reflects that Gaia will do what she needs to to keep herself healthy, even if that results in the extinction of us all. Hence, I think it's in our best interests to work to keep her healthy so she has to do less. :)

Good follow-up point Mike. Thanks. I share your conviction on this point.
