Forest Oneness
By Don Iannone
Forest green,
Whole,
Abundant with life,
Overflowing with beauty,
Filling all who receive it
without judgment or question,
Healing what is broken--
inside and out,
Asking nothing in return,
Expecting only that we experience what is there,
without imposing anything,
or taking anything away,
except for our experience.
Suddenly the trees disappear,
and I see myself as a part of it all.

Nasra
Thanks Nasra. You are so right.
hence the forest is in our imaginations only...sad it might be jsut like that one day.
Nicely described.
GP...perhaps we are in nature's imagination?!? Thanks.
Don,
A little tough going this morning

Still wanting to be there instead

In a few days it will be better.
Healing what is broken--inside and out...Beautiful like always
Thanks Dumbdodi. It's often both.
A very rich tapestry of images colliding in one poetic thought. Very soothing, yet dramatic and intense.
Thank you Nick. Nice of you to say so.
the way we are destroying our environment, it will soon be true
