Interdependence Day! Good one!
By the way, the 'click here' doesn't work on this one, so I'm ignorant of the further delights of this post...

Shalom Don,

A happy 4th of July to you Don and your whole family as well as all those who are dear to you.

And yes, let we hope that the world may once celebrate a day like that as an Inter(national)(In)dependence Day, meaning that all humankind will have come to terms with the reality that we all are dependent of each other one way or another, even with nature when we want to grow to a better world for all from out of the deepest depth of the heart.

As it is written: Love your G-d with whole your body (heart), mind and soul.

And this in unity between the three factors as written above, not in disarray or in rivalry, or even jealousy, just a firm and stable cohesion between the body, the mind and the soul.

In one word: Peace, a divine Peace.

Recently went to a lecture ..suggested current Bush administration is unusually insular...the next admin. whether republican or democrat will probably be more aware of inter-dependence.
This is definitely needed regarding climate change!

Thanks Gautami.

Rob...thanks and I agree. We have had a profound change in climate here, and guess what? It's because we are altering the DNA of Mother Nature with everything we do.
