Simplifying Mindfulness
By Don Iannone

Mindfulness begins
when we tune into our heart,
and its message
about who we are
and why we are here.
Mindfulness is simple,
once we remember
that we are already mindful,
and the world is already perfect.
Mindfulness is realizing
there is no separation of the mind and heart,
other than one we impose on ourselves.
Enjoy your mindfulness
because it is all we really have.

This is really true that there is no separation of the mind and heart,

Nasra...thank you, and yes you are right. It's wonderful when we can rest in knowing that we are already "that."
