In the Swing
By Don Iannone

Gentle star-kissed night.
Lulling summer breeze.
Faint lilac scents drifting...
across the yard.
Rocking...
back and forth
in the front porch swing of life.

I can feel the swing swaying gently in the breeze, carrying me along in deep reverie. Thanks, as always. ...Z
