Yes, this is very true Don.

If millions of people worldwide could start doing it every day in a selfless attitude within the right context to the matter of the act, we won't recognise that world anymore when we compare it with the one of today.

So much that will have changed that we almost would start to believe that we are living an illusion, maybe even thinking that we have died and must be in Heaven instead of on our good old planet Earth.

I don't recall where I heard this before, but there is a saying that "kindness kill".

I really have enjoyed my visits this morning, Don. Give yourself a hug, you are batting a 100!

I think that's a great plan for the day, Don!

Your comment on Aurora’s Egyptian haiku caught my attention and here I am like a good ghost from Arabian nights.:)
I like your site. The spiritual side of it. A brief glance to see the reality, and off we go. My commenting capacity seems to be dwindling, but I’ll be back.:)

Thanks Amias. Here is a new expression to replace "kindness kills": "Kindness opens your door to Heaven."

Thanks Mike. Give it a try.

Thanks Borut. Visited your blog and really enjoyed your haiku.

Such a simple thought--perform a random act of kindness each day--and yet if we all practiced it, we could transform the world! I started thinking, "What if we were taught as kids to perform a random act of kindness each day and to be aware of those acts which come our way? What if, instead of fighting over whether there should be prayer in schools or whether the pledge of allegiance included the phrase "under God," children were simply told to do one kind thing that day?" I wish I had been taught to do this, but, of course, it's never too late to start. Thanks for the reminder/suggestion.

Rachel...thank you. You hit the nail on the head. Just think the difference we could have made and missed. But, it's never too late to start. Blessings.
