And isn't it amazing how much of now we can spend in the yesterdays and tomorrows. Being truly in the now, without the baggage of yesterday and the worry of tomorrow...that is where peace and fulfillment reside.

I struggled a lot to live in the moment. Well lot of people helped me during the struggle. I still am not there yet....

The quote reminded me a of a decent book i read a while ago 'Power of Now' by Eckhart Tolle.

Like Rob even I am surprised that this quote is from Leo Tolstoy.
