Thursday Thought: Thoughts of Love

I like this one very much:

This reminds me of a visualization practice
I use where I take people into my heart,
including those people I hold a negative
attitude about. Our feelings about others
change dramatically when they are in our
heart--our most sacred place. It's a very
powerful way to dissolve the anger, fear,
resentment, jealousy, and other negative
feelings and thoughts we have about others.
