Who Am I?
By Don Iannone
If you ask the right life question,
the right answer will come.
If you attend to this answer,
the right doors in life will swing wide open.
If you walk through these doors in trust,
your life path will take positive new directions.
If you head your life in these positive directions,
your soul will find its rightful place in the sun.
With the illuminating light of the sun showing you the way,
your deepest doubts and fears will melt away.
As you stand with arms outstretched facing the sun,
the gates of reality will open, inviting you in.
With gladness and thanksgiving, accept this invitation,
peace and love will fill every last drop of your being.
All this begins with the right question.

Wonderful, Don! I believe that sometimes we are so focused on finding answers that we neglect to ask the right questions!
Thanks for this beautiful poem Don!
As I stand with arms outstretched facing the sun
I am ready to start my day in a most happy mood!
Yes, Don I do see what mean about your poem tracking what I said in mine.
As you said... must be in the air!
Thanks Don...
Blessings to you!
Thanks Stacey and Margie. Much appreciated.
A nice reminder. Reading your work always serves as a well needed reminder to keep myself grounded and remember what is truly important! Thanks, Don!
I wish I could think that clearly!
.....Or should I have said, "I wish I WOULD think that clearly".
:)
Don,
"With the illuminating light of the sun showing you the way,
your deepest doubts and fears will melt away."
Magical, beautiful, stunning, lovely.
Blessings to you this afternoon/evening!
"Who Am I" is the single greatest question... ever... :)
Thanks Don...
who are you trusting when you walk throught the doors.
Insightful. Makes me think of Plato's "know thyself".
I know I placed that "right" question somewhere...Thought provoking Don!!
Thanks Pat, Kathleen, Natalia, Lost Crow, Serenity, Angela, and Rob.
Natalia...welcome and thanks. Yes, it is "know thyself."
Lost Crow...welcome back and thanks. Trust the Higher Power that lies within each of us.
Blessings!
I read you saying earlier about the right question.....great extension of the thought Don
Dumbdodi...sometimes I think each of us is simply a unique question that gets lived out in a lifetime.
What question am I..will think about it and come back...
