Sunday Thought: Business Success

Business success is a widely written about issue.
Everyone in business wants to be "successful," whatever
that means. To me, it means doing something of "value"
for someone else, and they happen to pay me for it.
What is the secret to business success? It's providing
value to others.

To do that, we must understand what our clients and
customers want and need. To that end, I offer you this
