Friday Thought: Our Personal Toolkit

I have always liked this quote:

"When the only tool you own is a hammer,
every problem begins to resemble a nail."

--Abraham Maslow

It speaks volumes about how we see our
ability to contribute in the world. To
break out of this box, all of us need to
work on developing new tools to add to
our personal toolkits. Also, we need to
learn to rely on others' skills more
often than we do. Teamwork is one skill
that we can never get enough of.
