Sharing the Moment with My Cat

Dharma cat always knows
when I'm sitting on my cushion,
She's wired for zen, you know.
There is no separation between her
and everything else in the world.
Animals sense our love--
for them, ourselves, others.
I think that's why Dharma cat
always shows up for
morning meditation.
