And isn't it amazing how much of now we can spend in the yesterdays and tomorrows. Being truly in the now, without the baggage of yesterday and the worry of tomorrow...that is where peace and fulfillment reside.
Thanks Dumbdodi...it is a challenge for all of us to stay in the moment. Do the best you can. The fact that the intention is there and you remind yourself is the best we can do.

Like Rob even I am surprised that this quote is from Leo Tolstoy.
