to take shape in your life.
Empty your heart
...so full of sorrow
pain and loneliness.
They are but mere clouds
the warm evening breeze
can whisk away
at your invitation.
You're never alone
when you're filled
with love's light.
Gaze deeply into your darkness
and behold the star-studded sky,
bursting with mystery and new possibilities,
waiting for you to receive their blessing.
Let love carve you into
a seamless ray of white sunshine
filling the world with hope
and warming all in its healing path.
Make space for love
to take shape in your life.

ReplyDeleteshows that upbringing and nurture is more important than genes. Anyone can bring life into the world (bar exceptions) but few can raise true Princess & Princesses.

Quasar...thanks. Yes, nurture and nature...I learned so much from my grandmas. Huge influence in my life. Sounds like the same for you as well. And Dan too who visits here often. I knew his grandma. She was a wonderful lady...put up with Dan and me.

Yes. But there is also an affliction, especially among sensitive people, more serious perhaps than all the medical cardiac problems, of not being able to, and not wanting to, love anymore. In turn, this is caused by the world as it is. Perhaps the healing of such persons can begin by being loved selflessly by others. Loving selflessly, silently, invisibly, anonymously, - that is real love. Otherwise - it is merely desire for possession. Best, rama

ReplyDeleteBeautiful poem, as always. It is one of the oddest notions of being human that love is something to be so uncomfortable with and to be hidden rather than shared freely and expressed. And yet, we seem so comfortable with hatred and have no trouble in its expression. Thank you for the wisdom in your words, in their free expression, and for being a flow of love and light.

Funny you should ask about Astrology -
ReplyDeleteI guess because people have tried to learn three quotes and presumed to be astrologers, like learning to name the planets and presuming to be an Astrophysicist, that it has lost its 'credibility'
But Cosmology, Astrophysics,
Astronomy & Astrology were All One to Plato, it is only Aristotle separated the heavenly from the earthly
However, let us not forget that some stars we see shine are no longer there (the past), some that we see shine are now (the present) and some we cannot see shine yet are only waiting to make an appearance on stage (the future).
The Past, the Present, The Future all one in the Heavens Above!
And the storing of the three wise men, or astronomers/astrologers, the Magi from Persia, well ...
A lost Art? (or science even?)
We always live in the hope of a better tomorrow Don. We want to make our lives as happy and as less painful as possible. We cannot remain happy with a heart full of hatred. More than the persons we hate, such hatred affects our lives, it ruins our days. Love is the answer. Though it is not possible to fill our hearts with love always but we fill our hearts with one drop of love at a time.
